“Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

“The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water. First turn on the bathtub water at a slow trickle, then it will warm up for full flow of hot water. “The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. The roads are not paved at this point. That was the only slightly negative feature and did not present any problems for me.”
