“The property was easy to find and get to. Check in was easy with a door code emailed through day before. It was very clean and even the fold out couch bed was ready and made up which was a nice touch. Our only problem was a sticky patio door. We were afraid of breaking it so we didn't get it open for a few days until we contacted the owner who lives below. Owner is not the propery manager. “Amazing beach! Brand new property! Nice view, ocean and mountains. Very very well equipped with Kitchen tools. Patio, fire table, and BBQ are great for this beachside townhouse. April 2024 - Landscaping and some minor construction on other townhouses still being complete. There is ev charging next to the unit. ”
