Les Petit Maison Walkable to Downtown Black Mtn

  • "Les Petit Maison on Vance" translates to "the little house," but it is BIG on charm! Recently renovated and ready for you to fall in love! Less than 1 mile from Downtown Black Mountain, walk to locally owned restaurants, quaint shops, and fun, laidback breweries. Enjoy front porch swinging in the morning with a cup of coffee or relaxing in the hammock after a day of hiking and exploring. No fire pit is complete without s'mores, so look forward to making yourself at home at Les Petit Maison!

    We have two comfy bedrooms, the primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks - please note the 2nd sink is the process of repairs and is not working at this time. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is second bathroom with a shower. Our third bed is a Murphy bed in the living room. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and we have a propane grill on the back porch for you to use as well.

    Please Note: The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighboring house. If you need to park on the side of the road, you may do so but please do not park on the sidewalk.

This is a very comfortable, well kept house in a great location. The many upgrades are tasteful and enhanced our stay. We normally don’t cook on vacation but did this time and really enjoyed the well laid out and fully stocked kitchen.

Sweet Little Place

This house is perfect for a week in the mountains! The only issue we encountered was an accidental water shut off by the city, but the hosts worked with us to navigate the issue and it was corrected fairly quickly! We look forward to booking this house again!

Great getaway

The accommodation for this house was awesome. Everything we needed from a beautiful view of the mountains on the front porch to a back porch that we could grill out with family. Very clean and well organized. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
