Highlights include a screened porch, decks with a hot tub and amazing long-range mountain views, a pool table, a private media room, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a farm sink, and a home-office setup. This roomy, modern home has large windows allowing all the natural light to pour in and showcase elegant furnishings, decor, and colorful accents. The deck has built-in benches, leading you to the private hot tub where you can soak up nature and all the majestic sights and sounds. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the porch with friends and family, and sink into Nector memory foam beds at the end of each exciting, adventurous day.

Just down the hill, Black Mountain offers local boutiques, highly-rated restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and live entertainment. Black Mountain Golf Club and public tennis courts at Lake Tomahawk are within a few miles from the house while downtown Asheville, roughly 18 miles away, has tons more dining, shopping, entertainment, and landmarks including historic Biltmore House. No trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains is complete without a picnic on the Parkway and day trips to Mt. Mitchell, Lake Lure, and Chimney Rock. Other outdoor sights include Linville Falls, Blowing Rock, Lake James, and the Fontana Dam.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
