“The room was right above the kitchen extraction fans and was drooming all the time of our stay at the hotel and with the weather being very hot we couldn't have the window open due to the noise and spoil our stay at the hotel sadly we won't be returning to the hotel and report to reception and fell on deaf ears and charge full rate of the bill.”
