“First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty.”

“This is a shared house doesn't state this on the post we went for our 1st wedding anniversary and in the morning at stupid time doors was getting slammed bathroom wasnt clean as thats shared”

“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I wasn’t accommodated. 1. There was nobody there, the whole place was deserted, simply empty. Windows opened, very dirty and dusty. There was only a phone number at the entrance, which stated call this number to check in. 2. I called the phone number and it appeared as though they weren’t even expecting me because they asked all my details afresh which included the day I booked, and reference number. “Not recommending it for family”

“The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night.

“Nice”

“Fantastisk frukost samt fräscha, rymliga rum!”
