The Layout

The beach and promenade are two minutes away on foot, and the entrance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, one of the UK`s most-visited theme parks, is directly opposite the property.
The surrounding streets are lined with everything that makes a Blackpool seaside break so enjoyable: amusement arcades, fish and chip shops, seaside cafes, and souvenir shops, all within an easy stroll. Sandcastle Waterpark, the UK`s largest indoor waterpark, is also located nearby along the South Shore seafront and makes an excellent option for families or guests looking for a change of pace from the Pleasure Beach.
For exploring further afield, the Blackpool tramway runs along the promenade just minutes from the property, with trams running every ten minutes and linking South Shore northward through the town centre, past the iconic Blackpool Tower, and all the way up the coast toward Fleetwood. The full length of the Golden Mile is accessible without a car, making it easy to explore at your own pace.

Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
