“Our stay at Baliyana lodge was excellent! We spent our Christmas here and our hosts recommended several nearby restaurants for the holidays. The lodge is situated in the countryside and a car with some clearance is recommended if staying here. The room was clean but there is no door to the bathroom. “The room was very nice and clean; staff were helpful as well. The owner actually helped troubleshoot my electric stove from Prague over video chat, that was cool of him to do that. This was a great stay. However, it felt like a couple's retreat and as a solo traveler it was A. Tad discouraging at times as I was there for 8 days; though perhaps a lack of research on my part.
