“Dingle is the perfect walkable little town. I’ve stayed just out of town but it is less convenient. I’ve also stayed at a hotel right in town but it was noisy. This was perfect because you could easily walk but a little quieter.”

“This property had everything. Extremely clean and comfortable, 4+ bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, perfect location to walk everywhere in Dingle and an amazing view from the 3rd floor bedroom. “This is just at the edge of town but that's actually ideal. You're within 2 blocks to walk into town (which is completely walkable as it's not very big). Spread over 3 floors the house is amazing and very comfortable.”

“House was clean and kitchen reasonably well equipped but cold when we arrived as heating was off. Timer on immersion was not working, shower room on ground floor looks tired and the double glazing on the front windows was blown (condensation between the glass). Main issue for us was the frosted glass at the back of the lounge which means that you can't see out of those windows at all.”

“Smooth booking, cot and highchair provided as requested. Great kitchen and dining space with plenty of lovely kitchenware. Heating and hot water easy and preset. Beach near the property was lovely (need to go over slippy rocky pathway to access but kids and adults could do so). Views from house were mountains, green fields and farm animals, very peaceful. No one else on beach except the lovely dog who guided us. About 10 min drive to Dingle which has great bars ice cream shops, restaurants,...

“We loved the cozy space and all of the artistic touches. The communication with Rosie the house manager was excellent. It is an ideal location if you’re looking for some quietude but, easy access to Dingle center. We enjoyed walking the beach which was a 5 minute walk from the house. Highly recommend Sleepy Shell!”

“House was very spacious for our family of 11 which included 2 babies. Delighted that all rooms had en-suites with plenty of towels and all other necessary bathroom accessories. The pods for washing machine were great as we had to do a washing for baby. A lovely bowl of fruit and food in fridge were very welcome. The family were very helpful and friendly and we had a very special wedding weekend in dingle.”

Wir waren 3 befreundete Paare, die gerne kochen und genießen und dafür war die große, gut ausgestattete Küche sowie das Esszimmer mit dem traumhaften Ausblick wie geschaffen. Check in war problemlos, Luba hat uns alles erklärt. Bei der Abreise konnten wir den Schlüssel in die Schlüsselbox legen. Schlafzimmer waren alle sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Duschbäder waren ebenfalls in einer guten Größe, nur der Wasserdruck der Dusche hätte etwas stärker...

I have only one suggestion, with 5 women staying here a good size coffee pot would have been nice. Would I refer this property or come back again? In a heart beat”

“What a wonderful property! This is the perfect spot for your County Kerry vacation! There were 4 adults in our group (ages 39, 39, 41 and 70), and everyone was VERY happy with this perfect cottage. The owner’s communication and support couldn’t have been better. No detail was overlooked by the owners! Even with the great details prior to our stay, everything in the cottage is well labelled and easy to understand. This cottage is quiet, and truly walking distance to everything you need downtown...

“Our group of 6 siblings and in-laws absolutely loved our stay at this home in Ventry. Everything in the house was perfect, comfortable and very clean. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the bay, walking to the pub (3 minutes), a little further to the beach and the small road that went by fields. It is a short drive to Dingle which we all enjoyed as well. Definitely everyone's favorite place of our trip! Thanks, Breda!!”

“All clean and in order. Accommodated our late arrival. Remember to request towels—unless you actually travel with towels. No little bits of tea or milk or soap on site, so come prepared and it’s great!”

“Property was in reasonable condition, needs updating. Cooker was not very efficient and Lack of blinds in the kitchen made cooking and eating in the sun very uncomfortable. Room sizes were good, own driveway and a good walk into Dingle. Lovely views from the kitchen!”
