“Pros: It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the central part of town. it was nice to sit out on the porch. Cons. (for us) There are no ammenities. It is not like staying in a hotel. There is no ice machine, food, bar, etc etc. ( there was a mini fridge) We stayed in the first floor room. The sink was starting to separate from the wall. The toilet was rocky. The enamel is starting to peel off the tub. If you are looking for a very quiet, restful place, it is good.”

“Was an okay-average stay. Room was clean and a good size. There was a lot of sand on the floor in the bathroom when we got there, which it’s on an island. The only thing that bothered me was the TV didn’t work at all, and the ceiling fan was broken. The staff didn’t really do anything about it. Other than that, a decent place to stay if you’re not looking for the bells and whistles experience.”

“The property is beautiful, and the room was clean and well appointed. We were unable to have full use of the amenities due to a buy out. When I asked what that was, I was told they had a wedding that weekend and we weren’t notified prior to that. That meant we were unable to use anything but our own room. We were disappointed that we were unable to have dinner in their highly rated restaurant. It would’ve been nice if we had known this ahead of time we may have opted for another property to stay...

“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”

“The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there.”
