Upon arring to the hotel, they said that they never received my payment even through it was through expedia.Five phone calls later and 45 minutes of standing at the desk.They finally got a call from expedia and got it figured out.They requested several times for me to pay again.And I refused cause I had already paid meanwhile, standing at the desk, a lady came and literally, 3 inches from my face grabbed my face, turned it said she knew me said I had a tattoo on my face told her she doesn't know me. I'm not from here. She requested to keep confronting me. The guy at the desk did nothing. I asked her to step away from me. Seen as this was so late and we had already paid. And I was from out of town for my son's competition. We just wanted to lay down the lady persisted to follow us. Yelling obscene things screaming people were moving in at the end of the building. All over in the parking lot hanging out. He said they had a lot of mental patience there and he apologized. If they caused any type of inconvenience. And I asked him if we were safe to stay in the hotel. He said yes, but every time we'd step out the room. These people would be all over the place. I was even afraid to leave my car in the parking lot. So we actually left early after sleeping and getting up early to leave for competition. We came back packed everything up and went home. No compensation from the hotel. No apologies, no nothing. The pool even stayed locked.You couldn't even use your room key to get in.He h
