“This property is in a good location quiet neighborhood. Is very clean very comfortable it's got everything you need for your stay from pots and pans to toiletries.”

“Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.”

“Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus. ”

The lions, all 4, were in front of our window for almost the entire stay, both in the afternoon/night and again in the morning before leaving. To have them lounging, playing, sleeping, grooming right in front of the window with literally your hand separating them from you by plexiglass is unforgettable.
