“We had an excellent overall experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness...

“Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.”

“The room was clean but a very musky smell. One bed had a blanket but not the other. The door to the room had a half inch space at the bottom which allowed the cold air to enter and probably bugs in the warmer weather. The breakfast area was clean but cream cheese and jelly had both been opened and used. There’d were no individual servings so didn’t know who had used the items before. Will not stay there again. Had a better experience there several years before. Not the same quality. ”
