“The place was extremely amazing! A great location and an amazing view. I wish they would have responded to us about the water issue we had. It happened late at night and we didn’t expect an answer. But we never heard from them about the issue. We let them know around 10am the water was back up and running (about 12 hours after the water stopped working) and still got no response even after that message. “Excellent property and location. The creek next to the house is really neat and sounds very relaxing. Only drawback for me was there is only ac in the main room, not in the bedrooms. Great house and amenities but I like to be nice and cool when I sleep. Made the main room really cold at night and used the fan from a closet to push the cold air into the bedroom. Super clean and neat. Would stay here again.”

“Very charming cabin at the end of a quiet street. We saw lots of deer and turkey while sitting on the porch. The cool mountain air was so enjoyable this time of year. All the windows had screens so we could keep them open. Close to downtown Banner Elk restaurants and everything we came to do on Sugar Mountain. Would recommend. Perfect for kids, ours really liked the game machine.”
