“On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”

“L’endroit est idyllique et paradisiaque surtout avec des enfants. Par contre, le Check in est lamentable. Tout d’abord, on m’envoie un no de code, mais arrivé sur place, il ne fonctionne pas. J’envoie la demande et 5 min plus tard, je reçois un autre code qui fonctionne. En arrivant devant l’appartement, il faut une clef. J’appelle et 15 min plus tard, j’apprend qu’il faut aller chercher la clef dans une boîte à clef située à 1 km de là. Cela aurait été bien plus simple si on m’avait donné...

“This would have been a much better stay if there was air conditioning or at least a fan . Also stupidly we assumed the normal tea / coffee etc would be supplied . Also needs some maintenance / TLC Great location and ample bedding ”
