“I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! “The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. “I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.”

“Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.”
