“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road.
