“We went for a 3 day weekend to run a trail race in Grayson Highlands state park. The house was a 30 minute drive from the park. Beautiful drive to the house and the park. We enjoyed resting at the house before and after our time at the park. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was lovely and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside reading.”

“The three of us (all age 66) had an excellent stay. We spent most of our time there on the deck enjoying the view -- even on cloudy/rainy days. Beds/bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean. The inside living area was also comfortable. My sister cooked a nice meal and found the kitchen served her needs just fine. One night we enjoyed the comfortable living room while watching a movie on the big TV. Not too far away (driving) are some nice walking trails. Pilot Mountain State park is...

“My 8yr old son and I were in town for one night and needed a place to stay. Found the Blank Slate bus and jumped on it, AFTER reading all of the details. We could not have had more fun! Everything was tidy and clean. Having most of our camping supplies, we were over prepared. Once we got settled in for the night, it was all we needed. Waking up in a forest but only a few miles from civilization was a plus.Could not recommend more! It was lovely.”
