“This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. “It was great being right in the heart of Harpers Ferry, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed hiking and taking in the scenery around the area. The train station location was convenient for our arrival, but a little loud - there's nothing like getting woken up by a train in the middle of the night (which we were warned of before arrival, so no surprises). The room was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our trip a memorable experience!”
