âGreat value - everything I like and nothing I don't like. Quiet property, big room, real bathroom door (no barn door), great a/c with constant fan feature, pro front desk staff, good lighting in room, good breakfast, easy parking, quick drive to basic amenities like grocery, Waffle House, even urgent care. Have stayed before; great value.â
âExcellent pet friendly hotel. Lovely views of the mountains around. Helpful and courteous staff. Paid breakfast however itâs good. Short drive to downtown and River Arts District. The carpet in the room was a bit sticky, would be good if thatâs something you could look into. Overall had a great stay. â

âWe stayed for three nights on a getaway to the biltmore and the national park.
We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that didnât have the ick factor. You know, where you feel gross just staying there.
Thatâs becoming harder and harder to find, but this place did a great job. Our room was clean and serviced daily, and everything functioned as needed.
And the breakfast was pretty decent compared to many of the free breakfast areas.
Iâd definitely stay here again. â
âThis was a really good stay. The hotel was in a good location close to a lot of things. We went downtown and it was a quick drive. We also visited the blue ridge parkway which also was quick and easy to reach. The only thing is that it is quite heavy traffic and going left on the road when leasing the hotel was not so easy or felt safe. We solved that by going right and doing a turn after a while to get to the right direction.
The room was nice and the hotel had a pool which also was nice since...
âGreat staff. Decent breakfast. Very close to the Biltmore. Make sure you get a room on the backside of hotel as road noise on the front is pretty bad.â

âWe were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again. âThe hotel and room were fine but for $250 a night I expected it to be downtown. I came to see Leanne Morgan at Harrahâs and stayed here because it was walking distance to Harrahâs. It is walking distance and it was fine for me, but not for older people or anyone who minds walking uphill and across busy streets. It is Asheville though so hills should be expected.
