“Great place to stay when in Asheville! ”

“Housekeeping issue. Sheets sticky at bottom and floor towel for shower was thrown on sink ”

“Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. ”

“This place should be 5+ stars. Manager Jessica Bell went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Hot tub was so relaxing and great atmosphere where the fire pit was. Staff was very friendly too!”

“The room was set up well for handicap accessible bathrooms but the door to the room was hard to open. The backcheck adjustment on the closer needs to be turned down a lot. The food we ordered on site was good but they were out of French fries. With a small amount of options, this shouldn't happen. ”

“Very clean room. Suite was spacious for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for the night. Pool was fun. Breakfast was ok. Check in went smoothly. Ample parking and great location. Plenty to do in the area and many dinner options. ”

“Valet service seemed mainly focusing on their own importance… Reception personnel was great, nice an helpful Red Stag service was not up to the standard that you expect at this type of hotel The room was ok but nothing to “write home about”. All and all not really worth the time and money.”
