“Me and my wife have made the trip annually to TN and Blue Ridge area for many years now. This was our absolute favorite. Being in the mountains, we always prefer to spend most of our time outside. The outdoor space was incredible. The house itself was very clean and the rustic charm made us feel instantly like we belonged there. Will book again if circumstance and availability allow.”

“Our stay was so incredibly nice! The location was perfect! We were right on the river and you could hear the river from the master bedroom (it was so nice to sleep to that sound!). We also loved how you felt so in nature, but only 6 minutes from town so it was super convenient! The owners put so much thought into little details that made us feel welcome immediately (like a little smores kit and Halloween candy (since we showed up right after Halloween so it was super cute)). “We host and House are great! It’s really cool to have all the deer coming right up to you at this place. However, the kitchen is missing some essentials, the home a 8/10 on cleanliness upon arrival, the beds were as hard as the floor, and the sheets were like covering up with a tarp. The home is new (still has protective films places and the refrigerator isn’t all the way unwrapped) so probably just a few kinks that are being worked through. Overall, happy with our stay and would go back!”
