“Staff at Front Desk was not friendly nor helpful. The room smelled so bad of both cigarette and tobacco smoke, and the sheet of fabric softener in the air unit did nothing. Shower curtain ring was barely hanging on the wall.”

“Every single thing was phenomenal- Clean and organized. AC, microwave, fridge, TV work great. Hot water great. All the amenities is great except the coffee. The coffee is basically water, too watery, and that is true in more than 5 different Motel 6 I've been from Harrisonburg, Staunton, Charlottesville, Richmond, and around Petersburg' area. A bit of improvement in the coffee makes everything perfect!!!!”

“I made this booking at the very last minute. The room was lovely and is ideal for accessing Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as the wineries in Nelson County. Bed was comfy, bathroom good, and had a microwave and fridge. There is no on site staff, which would not have been a problem except I booked very very last minute. Contacted the hotel via hotels.com and email to get my room code. That process took 2 hours or so which was reasonable. Only issues during the stay were that...

“I was initially given a room with a broken lock and no working AC. I went back to the lobby to request another room, and was given a second room that was filthy. There was dirt in the corners of the room, a foul sewage odor that came from the bathroom, the bathroom toiletries looked as if they were just thrown on the counter and the bedding was stained.
