“This is a lovely, newly built home with lots of fun amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The big game room on the lower level is fantastic. Having one of the two bathrooms on the lower level is handy for the usage of the hot tub, cool plunge and sauna. The upstairs living space with kitchen and bedrooms is spacious. We also enjoyed both balconies. The location is perfect for visiting the Pinery. We would definitely book again.”

“My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! The fenced backyard was perfect, he spent so much time out there exploring all the new smells and playing fetch. I would recommend this house to anyone...
