“Our girls group had a great time at this lovely condo. We loved the quiet little community! It was so cute and very close to downtown. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, except shampoo/conditioner so be sure to pack some. There were even a couple laundry pods available so we were able to wash a load and travel home with clean clothes! Would definitely rebook!”

“The beach was covered in dog poop. I saw peoples dogs go while they watched but they didn't pick it up. Very irresponsible.Door to building 700 needs to be oiled as it squeeks a lot.The stand up shower in unit 707D leaked and the king size bed had a large indentation on it's right side that creaked and was uncomfortable. Couldn't open the closet door in that room.Back door needs a blind or curtain for privacy. I was very uncomfortable walking by it at night.”

“We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!”

“Upon arrival everything looked normal, but once we got inside there was a strong dog odor that never went away. Once we pulled the couch out to set it up, we realize it was COVERED in dog hair, had dog food all over the mattress, and came with a sheet already over it that was covered in stains. Safe to say we did not end up sleeping on that and had to cover the entire couch with sheets just to bare the odor. We had issues with the TV and wifi, so went without both for the entire trip and the AC...

“I’m going to be honest here because hubby and I have stayed at MANY VRBOs. I booked this unit because we planned a quick getaway and property was quite affordable. The condo unit itself was the perfect size. The grounds and pool were nestled in a beautiful yard area. We were in great walking, biking proximity to the beach as well. You can bike anywhere with ease which is a plus! Highly recommend them! Why we didn’t give five stars is as follows. The two bathroom sinks (very dated) were so low...
