“Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!”

“Wonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better. ”

“The rooms are lovely. The whole house is filled with a good atmosphere. It is all feel good. Breakfasts are delicious with many choices. Staff give good and pleasant service at any time. The assistance we got from Tomas was above all our imaginations. Fantastic! Helena attention to detail to guests is quite exceptional. Oh yes, we will be back!”

“Small service deficencies were immediately taken care off and things worked perfectly during the rest of our stay. Great garage deal aswell as free shuttle service to the waterkant. Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great. Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.”

They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. “The hotel is lovely but you can not be disabled or over sized it has a nice atmosphere but we could have got more information from the reception about the restaurant and the surroundings. The breakfast could have some improvements but the staff was interested and fixed what ever problem you could have. The reception could have also informed that there are pool towels to borrow.
