“I slept 10 nights in the female dorm (where 8 ladies shared a room. The best thing of the hostel was definately the amazing staff who were so friendly at all times. They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. It also felt safe since they had a security guard at the entrance 24h and there were lockers under the bed. “Small service deficencies were immediately taken care off and things worked perfectly during the rest of our stay. Great garage deal aswell as free shuttle service to the waterkant. Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great. Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.”

“The hotel is lovely but you can not be disabled or over sized it has a nice atmosphere but we could have got more information from the reception about the restaurant and the surroundings. The breakfast could have some improvements but the staff was interested and fixed what ever problem you could have. The reception could have also informed that there are pool towels to borrow.
