“This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...
