“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”

So very cool to watch and cheer them on. “The cabin had what we needed. It was nice to unplug for the weekend. We rented kid friendly movies from the local redbox and took kid appropriate games.”

“Nothing about this review is personal. I think it's only fair that people have the info before spending time & money. When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host...

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. “First, many thanks to the owner. The place really for the bill. Now for the details. The property was clean, and stocked with some bare necessities (coffee - pods and grounds). The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house. The owner thankfully sent advice to turn the cars around at the top. Backing down would have been a little crazy.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. I would recommend this...
