Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. ”

“Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there. ”

“We had a wonderful stay during the Allstate Choral Event. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of rehearsals and performances. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable — including freshly baked cookies that were absolutely delicious. It truly made us feel at home. “Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

“The listing was quite misleading. It advertised an “onsite gym,” which in reality was a community center located across the street. It also stated there was a washer and dryer, but there were no laundry facilities available anywhere on-site. Additionally, an iron and ironing board were listed but not provided, which was especially frustrating after packing a dress and having no way to remove wrinkles. At this point, I’m surprised they didn’t list waffle fries as an amenity, considering there’s...
