“Dont book with hotels.com. They are hard to reach and get an answer from.
The hotel had big problem with warm water in the shower. Preperd to have a cold shower. The said it the city goverment that dont provide the service. Even though there is no info in the ad about shower in cold water. The room was very simple and the sheets had a lot of spots on it. I found ants, spiders and mosquitos in the room. The room is cold in the morning if its a cold night. Choose pay at the hotel if you can so...

“The outlander house the employees are wonderful due to the fact I don't speak Spanish they are some of the most helpful and wonderful people they've been very welcoming they've been patient with me I couldn't ask to stay at a better place in all of South America. From now on whenever I come to Colombia I will always make this my home what a wonderful place I give it a 10 of 10 this is a beautiful place just like being at home! ❤️ ”
