“Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. ”

“I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! ”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Staff not friendly, so many rules, don’t do this, don’t do that! Cats in cages in the reception Room OK, small but nice view. Bathroom OK Bed uncomfortable, only one hard pillow The worst thing was however the music from a bar across the bay, really loud and lasted until really late. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom...

“Very cozy room and very clean. We really appreciate it when it's this clean. WiFi didn't work at all though and the bedlights or TV didn't work either which drops down the rating just a bit. Staff didn't understand much either when I asked about the internet but other than that the stay was really good. Perfect for a few nights. ”

“The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. In the evening the following day I recognized that somebody stole my money. The owner didn't care at all and wanted me to pay the...
