“It was perfect”

“First, I want to say that the staff were excellent and very responsive to the issues I had with the room. When I arrived and went to my room it was 77 degrees in the room, with the temperature set at 63. Clearly the air conditioning was not working properly. I went downstairs to talk with staff, and they seemed aware that it did not work properly and saying the corner room always gets too hot. “Very cool update to an older hotel. Room was comfortable and nicely designed. Included breakfast was a very nice touch. We had to go to the front desk every night to get more coffee for the in room coffee maker for the next morning. Consider just replacing the coffee packs each day if they have been used.”

“The laundry room doesn’t have any soap or a change machine and the washer and Dryer each require a $2.25 fee on quarters”
