âWalking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. â

âVery nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.â

âYou pay for what you get. The surprise 50 deposit is always a nice touch. After driving for 9 plus hours I jus wanted to lay down. I carry my own blanket n sheets when I travel. There was left over frozen food in the fridge from who knows when. â
