“Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

“Responsive host. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had a great location. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access was very good.”

“Perfect location with a beautiful view that exceeded our expectations! Very clean, and nicely appointed. Owner was prompt in responding to any communication, great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

“I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

“It was perfect! ”

“Very nice accommodations for a family vacation and just a short walk to the most beautiful beach!”

“Perfect place for a couple! The king bed and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The pillows are amazing! I even had to use the Murphy bed one night because my husband snores. Also had high quality bedding. The smart TVs were awesome so we could watch FIFA games in the later afternoon. I do laundry at the end of every day at the beach so it was nice having the washer and dryer. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. Easy one flight up to the unit. The view from the screened in...

“Good location, The rooms were very clean; everything was very tidy., The beach is fabulous; everything is very beautiful.”

“The VRBO was so nice and comfortable with plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our vacation.”

“The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.”

“Place was as advertised. Exceeded expectations!!!”
