“Absolutely loved Grace! She greeted us upon arrival and was available the entire weekend for our stay. The small staff was exceptional! All very friendly. Accommodations were modern and clean, bed was comfortable. While it wasn’t a bothere to us. Be warned they have live music on weekends so it will be noisy from 9-11p.m. We would stay here again if we were ever to come back to the area.”

“The first room was not good and the heat did not work. But we were moved to a new room. That was absolutely beautiful spacious, working heat, comfortable, clean with sitting area. So the second room gets all the five stars! Staff and food were all wonderful!”

“Parking right outside, easy check in, was shown to room. Newly renovated rooms are clean and decor is great. Comfortable beds and bedding. Fresh milk in fridge. Bar area was warm and welcoming, even on a busy December weekend with very well priced drinks. Would 100% stay here again. ”

“Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.”

“Clean room, spacious and well equipped. Ironing board, iron, hairdryer, kettle and drinks provided, hairdrgood TV with a good selection of channels, comfy beds and towels. ”

“I don’t have a bad word to say about the New Continental hotel. From the Welcome to the departure. The rooms are lovely and the staff friendly .. the food at Steve’s Brasserie is fabulous. We stay here every time we visit Plymouth”

“Facilities were well organised and everything was as described. Bed was comfortable. Only downside wife me was that the carpet needs a clean, it is getting sticky under foot. Otherwise all good.”
