The beautiful Helga House apartment awaits you in Bologna to stay in the heart of the Old Town, a few steps from the Two Towers.

The duplex apartment has Air conditioning and central heating, flat screen TV, open space with living room and kitchenette, two private bathrooms with a useful courtesy set.

It is located just 5 minutes walking from the Piazza Maggiore and a few meters from the famous Towers, a convenient location to visit the tourist attractions of the city and for relaxing shopping trips.

Our staff will be able to provide all the necessary information, both in Italian and in English and will also be able to suggest the most interesting places to visit.

It is a quiet area, full of bars and restaurants / taverns and close to the lively university area.

Great stay in Bologna. We were a group of 2 couples and fit very comfortably. The place was clean and check in was very easy. The bathrooms and showers were very nice. Great location to many sites and restaurants. I recommend this stay.

Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung ehr schlecht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Man kann sich quasi vor der Tür versorgen. Negativ sind uns teils fehlendes Besteck, defekter Toaster und die doch sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Duschen aufgefallen, positiv war die Ausstattung mit Verbrauchsmitteln wie Tabs, Waschmittel, usw. Im Sommer könnte es durch die (elektrisch abdunkelbaren) Dachfenster ziemlich warm werden, aber das weiß ich nicht genau. Die Betreuung durch die nahe gelegene Agentur war super. Insgesamt gute Wohnung ohne Wiederholungstendenz.

Should not be listed as 3 Bedrooms

The pullout couch in the living room / dining area is not a bedroom. Every time someone entered or left the apartment it would wake or disturb the person in this bed. It also limits the use of the kitchen when someone is sleeping nearby. The apartment was clean and central to all. We would not have booked it if was listed as the 2 bedroom that it actually is. It may sleep 5-6 but it’s not what we believed it would be. Sorry, but it’s a bit misleading. But great for a 2 bedroom.

Bologna Stay

Lovely apartment in the centre of the city and close to everything. The place was quiet and had everything we needed. The listing needs to be a bit clearer as it’s a 2 bed apartment with sofa bed in the living room. The management were attentive to our needs within a couple of hours which we really appreciated.

Great location near restaurants, shopping and historical sites.

The apartment appears to be brand new, and is located within easy walking distance to the major historical sites of Bologna. It is a quick cab ride from the train station to the apartment and about 25 minutes from the airport by cab. The management was very easy to work with - we arrived early in the morning as we only had 2 days, and they kindly let us leave our bags in the office until check in. They also recommended restaurants and made cab reservations for us, as well as answering our questions quickly. The apartment is a bit odd layout-wise. The open kitchen and living/dining room, as well as one large bathroom (with a washing machine and large shower) are located downstairs. The two bedrooms and the second bath are upstairs. There's an elevator to get to the apartment, but be aware that there is a short flight of steps from the landing of the elevator to the apartment door, as well as the stairs to the bedrooms. The food of Bologna is legendary, and there are tons of restaurants and shops selling fresh pasta, cheese, fruit, etc., near the apartment. There's a small grocery store across the street, as well. Overall, this is a great option for two couples or a family group.

Wonderfully furnished apartment in historic centre

The apartment is very newly renovated, with great quality furniture and equipment. It is right in the heart of the historic centre, while being really quiet. One of the reasons is that the windows don't face out onto the street, but into courtyards, which is how old buildings where designed. We had a fantastic stay. There was one little misunderstanding, and management did everything to help. Next time in Bologna we will try and stay here again!

Excellent apartment in center city

Excellent place just as advertised. Just don't take a car there as the closest garage is unreliable and the next closest one is a hike. Other than that, highly recommend!
