The apartment is situated in an enviable location, right in the heart of Bologna’s historic center: just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, it’s perfect for those arriving by train or plane. Located a short distance from Piazza Maggiore and the iconic Two Towers, it’s ideal for exploring the city’s architectural and cultural wonders on foot.



The 63-square-meter apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there is one step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, conventional oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, and electric kettle

- LIVING ROOM with a dining table and a double sofa bed
