The area is well served by public transportation and close to major roads. The apartment is located in an early 20th-century townhouse.
It has a pleasant garden and parking for motorcycles and small cars.

At Elle Home, you'll find all the amenities you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We've made sure that everything, from the essentials to the small details, is carefully considered.

One minute from the apartment is the bus stop, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, to the San Ruffillo station in 6 minutes, and to the Villa Toniolo nursing home in 8 minutes.

Those traveling by car can quickly reach the Fiera District and Bologna's major hospitals.

The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) and is accessed via a private staircase.

It has been recently renovated and comprises an entrance hall, eat-in kitchen, living room with air conditioning, hallway, bedroom with ceiling fan, and bathroom. All windows are double-glazed and equipped with mosquito nets.

On the ground floor is the apartment's private garden, furnished with armchairs and a coffee table (garden furniture is available from March 15th to October 31st).

Motorcycles and small cars (maximum dimensions 3.8 m x 1.7 m) can be parked in the covered, hail-protected parking space on the property. Medium/large cars can be parked for free in the surrounding streets.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
There is a railway line near the apartment, but the apartment has double-glazed windows to reduce any noise.

Bookings can be made for a maximum of 29 nights.

Upon check-in, each guest will be asked to provide identification documents to the police, as per current regulations. A tourist rental agreement is also required, which will be sent for review upon booking confirmation.

Activation and deactivation of air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: Average air temperatures must not be lower than 24°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: Weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. The ignition period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Bologna Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th.
