Spacious and modern 65 sqm one bedroom apartment, equipped with refined furnishings and located on the third floor (with elevator) of a stately building in the historic center of Bologna; it is about 2 minutes walk from the train station and allows you to reach Piazza Maggiore, as well as the main monuments of Bologna, with a walk of less than 15 minutes.



Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality.



This apartment was completely renovated in June 2019; it is characterized by high quality finishes, great attention to detail and modern amenities, which include central heating, air conditioning in every room, Bialetti coffee machine, 55\" Apple TV. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and is equipped with latest generation fixtures, which make it extremely quiet. The building is completely accessible and it is not necessary to face any step to access.



The apartment opens onto a corridor leading to the large living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a finely carved wooden table for 4 people and a TV cabinet. The elegant open kitchen is equipped with a complete kit equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine and induction hob.



A corridor leads to the master bedroom, where there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, an armchair and a chest of drawers complete with mirror. The bathroom is spacious and well finished; it is equipped with a large walk-in shower made in situ and is characterized by a rough wood top, on which the ceramic sink was installed.

Area:

The apartment is located in Via Cairoli, less than 15 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the Torre degli Asinelli, the beating heart of Bologna, famous for the crowded streets of the quadrilateral, where you can taste the local delicacies, and for the elegant shopping streets, which wind between via Farini, Piazza Santo Stefano and Galleria Cavour.

In the immediate vicinity of Via Cairoli you will find the XI Settembre Park and the Cavaticcio Park, where on Saturday the organic market of the earth is held and during the summer a rich calendar of gastronomic and musical events is scheduled.

A stone\'s throw from the apartment is the Cineteca di Bologna and the museum of modern city art (MamBo). Some of the most interesting restaurants in the city can be reached in just a few steps: among these we cannot fail to mention the Arcimboldo, È Cucina Leopardi and the Tartufo Restaurant. Finally, at about 250 meters, from the apartment you can find the most stocked supermarket in the center of Bologna.



Public transportation:

The bus stop is a few meters from the door of the building, along Via dei Mille: from there you can quickly get to Piazza Maggiore, the station or the Fiera.



Parking:

The apartment is located just outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL).

It is possible to park for a fee at the nearby APCOA Riva Reno car park, which is about 500 meters from the building, at a cost of € 12 per day, prices on monthly passes on request. Alternatively you can find a place on the street inside the blue lines, paying for the hourly ticket (red parking meters). Parking is free on Sunday; and Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 8:00 h.
