Charming and modern apartment for rent in Bologna with one bedroom, located on the ground floor of a typical building in the historical centre (3 steps to reach the door), in one of the most exclusive residential districts of the city, just 5 minutes walk from Giardini Margherita and Piazza Maggiore.



Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.



This elegant apartment of 45 sqm has been designed and furnished with taste and attention to every detail and is finished with hardwood floors in all rooms as well as air conditioning. The entrance faces the spacious living room, lit by two windows. The decor of the living room includes a sofa-bed and a TV closet, custom-made, fitted with retractable door where you put the material dedicated to the cleaning of the house.



The kitchen with its white cabinets and wooden worktop is modern and functional, and fitted with gas burners and an electric oven. For lunch guests have access to a table comfortable for up to 4 people.



​Every detail has been designed to combine comfort, practicality and elegance. Thanks to the central heating and air conditioning system you can maintain the desired temperature in each season.



Through a glass door delightfully decorated, you enter the bedroom, where there is a double bed - which can be split into 2 single beds upon request - topped by a graceful antique canopy -, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps are located.



Behind the corner that divides the kitchen from the living room, you have access to the bathroom, which is long and equipped with snow-white wall tiles, a shower and a washing machine.



The location of this exclusive property allows you to enjoy the convenience of the city centre, but also the proximity to Giardini Margherita and the hills, making the environment particularly attractive for those who want the opportunity to immerse themselves daily in the greenest areas of the city.



Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4,60 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights).



Area:

The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable district in the city, close to the avenues surrounding the old town and not far from the green hills.



Well served by public transportation, the area is also very close to Piazza di Porta Castiglione.



Public transportation:

The apartment is located a short distance from the bus stop line 39 (to the Fair) and the bus line 30 (to the central station of Bologna). Various bus lines stop in Via Farini and lead to many areas of Bologna.



Parking:

The apartment is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and an access-ticket is required. You may park in the street, on the places indicated with blue stripes, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day.



Another option is the private parking Ex-Staveco (Viale Panzacchi 10), very close to the apartment and located just outside the ZTL.
