“Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! ”

“Super cute little house. Great for one night stays or long weekends. Only 15 min from Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. Hosts are friendly and fast responders. Pet and kid friendly with a small pond, playground, outdoor seating and a firepit. I loved my stay here and will definitely book again if I come back to the area. ”

“Our stay was fantastic, the check-in was very easy and check-out was even easier. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my sister, we stayed comfortably. The only thing I would say is the shower is small so be prepared, but that definitely did not take away from the experience. There were also ants in the kitchen and bathroom, I realize this time of year ants are bad in general so maybe there could be traps or they could be sprayed for. “House is super clean and well stocked with what we needed. We had plenty of parking for our suv, truck and attached 21’ boat. Loved the fenced yard and location, it’s great for a stay at Holden. ”

“Great place over all. Very comfy and cozy. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Full size fridge and full stove. I believe there’s a trail and a pond and a little place to make a camp fire. They have a little play ground and a basketball court I think. They even had a grill on the porch. They provided coffee and they even had these cute little mints that made my day. “We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away.
