Hotell nära Bon Secour Bay

“Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay”

“Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.”

“Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient.”

“The stench of mold emanating from this property was grotesque. They had humidifiers in the hallways so it’s obviously a known issue. Either the local health department has toxic thresholds or I can’t see how this property can be compliant with health department code. The front desk was kind to put us in another room but the stench was pervasive throughout the whole property. Infuriating that I paid $242 a night for this danger to my health. Gives Expedia a bad name.”

“Room was clean and staff were great. Price was reasonable and you were close to stores, restaurants, really anything you would need. I can’t leave a review on the breakfast because I never ate there. TV remote the back was missing so you had to hold batteries in place. Overall, I would probably stay again if needed.”

“We arrived late so we didn't notice the cleanliness of the room until the next morning. At which point when I went to shower I decided against it because the shower had not been cleaned. There was a rubber band on the bathroom floor, hair everywhere. Needless to say very minimal cleaning was done to that room. When brought to the manager's attention they offered nothing other than to send someone in and clean the bathroom for us at that point which we were ready to leave. Also when my husband...

“I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition!”
