“I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae.”

“Pros: Location was perfect! Space in the apartment was ample. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfectly supplied! Cons: it was very cold! There are no extra blankets so be prepared. Bring extra warm lounging clothes and pajamas. There is one space heater, but easily could use one for every room. We moved it around for comfort. It would be inexpensive and simple to provide more blankets, heaters, etc. Also, if you are a bald man the soap products and towels provided are fine. Otherwise,...

“There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. ”
