“I was very disappointed to hear that my husband‘s room did not have any hot water for his shower. He contacted somebody right away and was told that somebody would come in to fix it. He it was not. He should’ve been moved to a different room.”

“The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.”

“The continental breakfast was delicious - we loved the blueberry scones! The bikes were a great treat to explore the beautiful area. Val was exceptional.”

Our room was clean except for the mental door stripping that was not properly secured to the floor and my family member hit her toe on it. I immediatly took pictures and showed the pictures of the mental door stripping to the staff. They immediately called maintenance to fix the problem.
