“Underbart hotell”

“The hotels located close to downtown and tram station. I got the room in the new part of the building, it felt that room was quite recently renovated. The building itself used by the other companies, the part of the building seems to have normal apartments. Internet was quite unstable and not so fast, there was no minibar in my room, shampoo/soap was provided only by big attached to the wall bottles that felt a bit cheap. Breakfast was ok. People on reception were friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel has really a potential to be a top hotel, but unfortunately, we didn’t like everything. The room was very nice and pleasant. But we don´t understand how a modern hotel can install a room lighting system which is so difficult to find and understand. To turn on or turn off the lamps, it is to be done from a central beside the beds which was very difficult to find and use in the night, when the room was dark, so we had to use our flashlights on our mobiles. “Bra hotell, någon kilometer utanför Bonns centrala delar. Omgivningarna är relativt vardagliga främst i form av bostäder. Bra frukost. Rena rum och bekväm säng. Parkering är gratis ute på gatan, samt utanför hotellets framsida (7-8 platser). Finns även ett garage för €14/natt.”

“Good hotel, and would be better if the outside check-in kiosk would work. It didn’t, and not just for me but for multiple people. It’s an issue if you want to check in late. Another improvement would be if I could charge my EV in the garage. But staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, bathroom is clean. TV is not very user friendly, with dozens of channels that are not available but you have to page through.”
