“When first arriving, the man wanted to know the name of the Expedia agent who made the reservation. He had my name but gave me a heard time with obtaining a room because I did not know her name. ???The bathroom was dirty, the bed only had a sheet, no blanket. When I asked the staff member for a blanket, he acted put out and asked me to return the blanket to the office in the morning. One plastic cup in the room and no coffee, fridge or microwave and no in-house food.”

“Excellent stay, great location, breakfast is always tasty and the location is close to the malls and restaurants”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Good hotel location in Royal Oak.”

“The room was filthy and then I was asked to check in after 6pm until they could clean another room because they were all sold out and refused me a refund! Then never gave me a deposit back and said I stain a sheet over the phone after inquiring about the refund two months later.”

“Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Parkering finns smidigt på baksidan och rummen var väl städade och fräscha. + för sköna kuddar.”

“Breakfast was mediocre at best. Clean but variety was extremely limited. For example limited fruit which wasn't the best, no regular bread for toast only had English muffin or bad bagels. Oatmeal was good. Hot entrees were almost the same every day and not very good.”

They offer a great 24/7 coffee, tea, and water station, which was convenient throughout the day. The breakfast setup was fantastic, well laid out, clean, and organized. I especially loved that they used clear dispensers for the juice instead of the standard bag-fed juice machines. It’s a small detail, but it felt much higher...

“Hotellet är helt ok för en natt eller två men ganska slitet och lyhört.”

“This is a 2.5-3 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star. I booked a double bed room for my friend and I 3 months prior to our trip. When I arrived to the property they told me my room wasn’t ready but they pre checked me in, took a deposit from my card, and held my bags. I return after 2 hours to the staff telling me my double bed room was not available. They said they had another group to arrive and that because I didn’t pre check in that they can’t give me the room. I asked them how did I...

“Its alright to spent the night. Its very old hotel not updated it at all. Coffee was awesome, bed was alright”

“Breakfast was NOT included. The buffet was $15 and definatley not worth it. The lobby and eating area were extremely cold”

“Very nice place. Seemed to be a new building. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean”

“Well kept, great location. Comfortable rooms.”
