Alpine Escape är det perfekta boendet för din familjesemester eller bergsflykt. Kabinen är bekvämt beläget mellan Blowing Rock och Boone, North Carolina (nära Appalachian Ski Mountain), i en härlig bergig miljö omgiven av vackra träd och inhemska planteringar. Du kommer att känna dig avskild men samtidigt nära allt. Vi hoppas att du njuter av din tid i Höglandet och på vår stuga.

Kick tillbaka framför en sten spis, koppla av i badtunnan, eller ta i bergslandskapet från en av de tre däcken. Denna stuga har allt! Lokala attraktioner inkluderar Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Ski Mountain (plus andra) och Tweetsie Railroad. Du är säker på att njuta av din vistelse i den vackra Blue Ridge Mountains.

Alpine Escape ligger bekvämt utanför 321 mellan Blowing Rock och Boone. Tillgång till Blue Ridge Parkway ligger 3 miles från vår stuga. Städerna Blowing Rock, NC och Boone, NC ligger inom bekvämt köravstånd. Kabinen har en asfalterad entré och privat uppfart för enkel åtkomlighet, men 4WD rekommenderas starkt på vintern. Alpine Escape är mycket barnvänligt, och vi älskar att välkomna välskötta hundar! Vi hoppas att du kommer att njuta av ditt besök på den här vackra get away!

Maureen was very communicative leading up to my trip about worsening winter weather. I had a bachelors trip I planned with about 9 guys, from check in to check out everything was smooth. Maureen was helpful and responsive when I had questions for her. The cabin was very nice and was a cozy place for our group to stay. Close to Boone and Appalachian Ski Mountain, our weekend staying here was a success.

Great house for a friend’s weekend! Easy access to Tweetsie, Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the large dining table. I also was glad to see the ice melt on the porch as we had ice and snow while we were there. All of us were talking about how we’d gladly stay here again. Thanks!

The house is nice and very comfortable. It would have been nice if the front porch had useable furniture, the benches are pretty but not for sitting. The back porch stayed wet everyday and we love being 'porch sitters '. The kitchen could use lots more coffee cups.

July in the mountains

Beautiful home and helpful owner!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is so spacious and well-taken care of. The owner was so responsive and kind. She was helpful through the entire process. The rooms had plenty of space for sleeping. We had 7 adults and 3 children, and would’ve had space for more if needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect North Carolina Cabin Experience

The home is all you see online, all the photos and more! Impeccably kept and clean. Beautifully styled and furnished. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great Mountain Cabin

Wonderfull large cabin. Fantastic setting and location! Beautiful home and very clean. Plenty of parking. Water pressure and temperature could use adjusting with a few updated touches in the kitchen. Great place for our large family holiday weekend.

A Thanksgiving Blessing

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at Alpine Cottage tremendously! Prior to our stay, the owners were great in communicating about possible road issues due to Hurricane Helene. We were very thankful for all of the updates, and to know that our travel should not be impeded by the time our arrival date arose. The kitchen was well stocked which was crucial for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. We appreciated the ample sleeping areas, and cozy living room for just lounging around. The views were spectacular and the location was ideal for local shopping and dining (although we did not eat out during our stay). We would definelty consider this location again.

Enjoyed our trip

The cabin was in perfect location for easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock. Maureen was available via text when we needed assistance with locating their trash bins. We used the kitchen, Grill, and fire pit. Very happy with our experience.

Unsatisfied housekeeping

We stayed at this listing and we were very disappointed. It could have been a nice cabin to stay in, but it was not clean. It was listed that no pets were allowed to stay. When we arrived we toured through the house. My grandson was going to sleep on the trundle bed. When we pulled it out we discovered there was dog poop on the bed. We continued through the house and discovered dog hairs throughout the entire house (in different rooms and the bathrooms). We notified the host and sent her pictures. She sent someone to clean the trundle bed and clean the floors while we were out eating dinner. Upon returning, the housekeeper had changed the linens and comforter on the trundle bed but all the floors still had dog hair. When we went to bed that night we found dog hair in all the beds we were using; making us question if the sheets had even been washed. We ended up having to wash all the sheets on all the beds ourselves. You could also tell that none of the bathroom rugs had been vacuumed or cleaned, and that there were also dog hairs on the couches. My daughter has allergies and she had severe reactions when sitting on the sofas. We had rented this cabin knowing that pets were not allowed. Overall we felt the place was very unclean and it made it difficult to feel comfortable in the house.
