Hotell nära Boots and Birdies

“Stayed here for two nights and left with… mixed feelings (and slightly damaged eardrums). Let’s start with the positives: the place is clean, well kept, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful – big plus. The gym was actually great (rare hotel win), and breakfast was very nice with a solid selection to start the day properly. Now to the more “memorable” parts. Our room came with a built-in industrial sound machine – not listed in the amenities, but impossible to miss. It was so loud...

“The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main village and museum. Staff is friendly and breakfast was perfect. Kayaks are available as well as fire pits but they are first come and could use a few more. Our only minor complaint. Walkable to stores if you forgot something. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“Modern hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants in downtown Lake Placid. Excellent value for the area with free parking included. I felt like I hit the lottery finding such a nice place to stay for an overnight visit.”

“Such a great time at the Hampton Inn Lake Placid. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were great! The views were wonderful. Positive experience all around!”

“The place was beautiful but my room had the worst view. All I was able to see was black top roof and pvc pipes. Getting to and from the room was challenging. Construction on 1St floor and elevator needs TLC. They needed to close the wing completely. I will not come back. Even if they pay me!!!”

“The sofabed was different from anything we used before and took a bit of figuring out. Instructions (preferably with images) would have been helpful. Nice and quiet. Conveniently located to the market, the town, and everything we needed.”

“Very clean and excellent location!!! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very unique! The only “complaint” I have is that the pull out sofa was terrible. It was more like a futon- very hard and no mattress at all, literally just sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa. That should not be considered an additional sleeping space.”
