“Vackert beläget alldeles vid Dordogne. Vi fick ett rymligt och välutrustat hotellrum i huvudbyggnaden som renoverats väl i gammal stil men med modern inredning. Lugnt beläget och en fantastisk uteplats ut mot trädgården. Mycket trevligt och hjälpsam personal! Synd att de inte serverar några måltider men bra restaurangalternativ finns på kortare bilavstånd (ett par på promenadavstånd 5 min). Rekommenderas varmt!”

“Chateau Pierre de Montignacer is a lovely place, highly recommended! Marie and Romain are lovely and friendly people who put the well-being of their guests first - great level of service. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Beautiful surroundings, healthy and delicious breakfast, - and not least wonderful wines. Wine tasting tour is a good experience. A place you want to return to.”

Delphine, the owner left a career in television in Paris to pursue her dream of running a guest house and she does this to a very high standard. We are clearly talking a labour of love here. She has thrown open her house for the benefit of her guests and embraced the project with enthusiasm. “Tout a été parfait avec nos charmants hôtes. Malheureusement, c'est avec Expedia que j'ai des doléances. L'appartement qui devait nous être alloué n'était pas disponible dû à des rénovations. Expedia ne nous en a pas informé. Heureusement, nous avons pu joindre les hôtes qui nous ont dépanné avec un autre appartement. ”

“Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!”
