An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by the greenery of a centuries-old park, with oak, linden, and horse chestnut trees.

The apartment, with a private entrance, is arranged over two levels:
Ground floor: kitchen overlooking the private garden, laundry room, elegant living room, TV/reading corner.
First floor: private study area, bathroom with shower, master bedroom with double bed, and an adjoining room with two single beds.

The apartment features a spacious private garden with a dedicated area to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners in total tranquility.

The property is fully equipped with bed linen and towels, hairdryer, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.
On request, we can provide a travel cot for children under 3 years old, a stroller, and a highchair.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a small welcome kit... a basket for your first breakfast in the Villa!
This will be the perfect opportunity to taste the organic honey “Podere Gli Ochi”... harvested in the valley and hills of Mugello.
